Both families built their roots in America by working the railroads, operating family stores and the first movie theater in East Syracuse. The next chapter was logging the forests a
round Tinkers Falls and harvesting the ice of Labrador Pond in Tully, NY. Nunzio and Christine then married and went on to purchase their first farm in Jamesville in 1941. Then in 1951, they purchased our 180-year-old home farm on Sweet Road in Pompey, establishing Palladino Farms. Palladino farms was passed down through the family to brothers dan and nick Palladino, who currently operate the 300-acre crop and beef farm with its rich history. The farms are also home to an award-winning farm equipment dealership, the host of Empire Farm Days and now an award-winning brewery and restaurant, Heritage Hill Brewhouse, which was founded by Dan Palladino in 2018. This is our first expansion of Heritage Hill Brewhouse, located at Sweetheart Corner on the historic Plank Road in North Syracuse. With a little renovation, adding in a kitchen and a private party room, we are bringing great beer, delicious food and amazing music to the area. We host watch parties for all Syracuse Orange and Buffalo Bills games during open hours, host weekly events such as Syracuse Trivia Company and live music on Fridays. in addition to our private room, our entire taproom can be rented out for events, with the option of full catering by Heritage Hill Brewhouse in Pompey. We also encourage you to visit our amazing location in Pompey, which offers stunning views of eight surrounding counties, celebrates the history of our farm and the town of Pompey, as well as the brewing history of Syracuse with our onsite Brewseum.
