The Saturday & Thursday Farmers Market are a lively experience and a staple in our community. With 300+ vendors providing local and fresh goods from surrounding counties, our valued customers stock their totes with everything from farm-fresh produce, hearty meats and fish, locally sourced breads and dairy products, taste-filled spreads and dressings, delicious doughnuts and treats, limited-edition

brews and uniquely blended beverages, and more. The Flea Market serves as an opportunity to purchase gently-used antiques and handmade goods from surrounding counties. We’ve seen everything from vintage furniture, used and new clothes and accessories, musical instruments and dated records, toys and action figures for all generations, tools and equipment, and so much more. Whether refurnishing your home, updating your wardrobe or seeking a memorable weekend activity, perusing our Flea Market is a must.

🍎 WHAT’S FRESH THIS WEEK: APPLES!

Crisp, sweet, tart, and totally in season! 🍎✨ Apples are making their way into shoppers’ bags at the CNY Regional Market, and there are plenty of delicious ways to enjoy them.

Did you know? Apples are a good source of fiber and vitamin C, and eating them with the skin provides even more fiber. Plus, their natural sweetness makes them an easy snack when you’re on the go.

🍎 Shopper tip: Keep apples in the refrigerator to help them stay crisp and fresh longer. If you’re buying a larger quantity, ask your favorite vendor which varieties are best for eating, baking, or making applesauce!

Come pick up a bag (or two!) and taste the best of the season. 🧺

🥕 625 MORE POUNDS OF FOOD RECOVERED! 🥕

Our Market vendors continue to show up for our community! ❤️

Another 625 lbs. of unsold food was recovered this past Saturday through the OFRN food recovery program, bringing us to 14 Market vendors who have participated so far!

That food is being redirected to local community organizations instead of going to waste—and we couldn’t do it without our amazing vendors and volunteers. 🙌

📍 A quick update for today:
OFRN volunteers will arrive at 12 PM to collect donations. There will no longer be a collection table in D-Shed throughout the Market.

If you have eligible unsold food you'd like to donate, please have it ready for collection around noon.
