✨ Before the first plate was served…there was just a dream, a truck, and a family.

This picture was taken the day Vinny and his kids first stepped inside what would become the Red Lemon food truck. No recipes written on the walls yet. No customers lined up. Just wide eyes, big plans, and the belief that something special was about to be built here.

Every dish we make now still carries that same spirit—family at the center, community at the table, and food made with love from scratch. 🍋❤️

Vinny shops at his favorite local farmers’ markets—in Cazenovia, Fayetteville, and at the Syracuse Regional Market—to source seasonal produce like heirloom tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. You’ll even find him stopping by Lombardi’s Italian Imports for specialty staples that bring authentic flavor to the menu. 🇮🇹

Every dish that comes out of the truck is rooted in the same idea: keep it fresh, keep it local, and keep it delicious.
