We’re hiring for the 2026 New York State Fair! 🍓🍫

Chocolate Taps is looking to grow our team for all 13 days of the fair, and we’re looking for people who can keep up in a fast paced, high energy environment.

A few things to know:
• You will smell like chocolate
• You will learn how to make cups at lightning speed
• You will cut an absolutely concerning amount of strawberries 😂

If you’re dependable, hardworking, good with people, and ready for long but fun fair days, we’d love to hear from you.

✨ Closing time… but what a ride it’s been. ✨

For 13 unforgettable days at the Great New York State Fair, our little corner inside the Eatery came alive with chocolate, strawberries, laughter, and the most incredible people.

Behind every cup was an incredible team. The countless hours, the hustle, the heart, and the nonstop push from every single person who made this happen. Thousands of cups poured, millions of strawberries cut, and somehow (still not sure how) we pulled it off. 🍓🍫

We’re beyond grateful for another successful second year. You showed up, you supported us, and you reminded us why we do this. Toward the end, we were hunting down every last strawberry in Syracuse just to keep the taps flowing (seriously woke up at 5am to hit every grocery store)🤣 but we made it!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. For cheering us on, for tagging us, for waiting in our lines, and for making Chocolate Taps a part of your fair traditions. Until next year, Fair family 💖

It’s the LAST DAY of the New York State Fair, and we couldn’t let it end without one final sweet surprise… 🍓🍫 Today only, we’re also going to be offering our premium Belgian WHITE CHOCOLATE! 🤍 Smooth, velvety, and oh-so-decadent — the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable fair season. Choose between milk chocolate or white chocolate for any cup!

This is your last chance to grab a cup, snap some pics, and make those final fair memories with us. 🥹

✨ Day 11 at the Great New York State Fair! ✨

Yesterday we plowed through over 200 cases of strawberries 🍓 (yes, our team’s arms are basically made of strawberry-cutting muscles now 😂). So today… we came extra prepared with 300 fresh cases delivered straight to us this morning.

🎉 By popular demand, we’re bringing back the Oreo Mousse Cake Cup for today only. But heads up—it’s in very limited supply. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good because tomorrow we’re rolling out some brand-new surprises 👀

There’s a little chill in the air today — the perfect kind of fair weather. Strolling around with friends, sweater on, and a Chocolate Taps cup in hand? Nothing better. 🍓🍫💖

And if you’re picking up for the crew, don’t worry — we’ve got handy cup carriers so you can bring the sweetness back without spilling a drop. 🙌

Our taps are flowing, the strawberries are fresh, and the whipped cream peaks are as tall as ever. Come warm up with a little chocolate magic inside the Eatery Building — you’ll find us only there.

✨ Day 8 at the New York State Fair! ✨
We seriously can’t believe how fast this fair is flying by, but we’re ready for another amazing day with you all 💖

📸 Featured here are two crowd favorites:
🍫 Brownie Cup – fudgy, chocolate-chip brownies layered with fresh strawberries, silky Belgian chocolate that flows right from our taps, and a cloud of whipped cream on top. Basically a chocolate lover’s dream in a cup.
🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Cup – fluffy shortcake crumble folded with juicy strawberries, drizzled in our Belgian chocolate, and finished with whipped cream. It’s light, crisp, and everything you’d want in a summer fair dessert.

We can’t believe we’re already almost at the halfway point (13 days total!) — and wow, the love and support so far has been incredible. 💖 Huge shoutout to everyone who has stopped by, tagged us, and enjoyed a cup with us. It truly takes months of planning and a whole crew to make 13 days possible, and we’re so grateful to be here serving you! 🙌
