HOT IN THE CITY

Before I started painting musician portraits, I started my art journey painting fashion portraits. Lately, I’ve been feeling pulled back in that direction.

This one was so much fun to create.

She’s a girl with big dreams and the city in her sights. A little bold, a little glamorous, and completely focused on where she’s going.

I listened to Billy Idol while I painted her — because obviously. 😎🎶

Brand New Day 💚

I’ve been working on a green and blue series lately and really loving where these colors are taking me. This one came together while listening to Sting — and Brand New Day felt like the perfect name.

Fresh, bright, a little moody, and full of feeling.

This one hits a little differently today. 💗

I’ve always loved Dolly—not just for the music, but for the woman behind it. She was funny, fearless, generous, incredibly talented and completely, unapologetically herself.

Today I’m grateful for all the music she left behind and all the color she brought to the world.

What a beautiful, unforgettable life.

I still have some gently used brewing equipment for sale after our closure several months ago in Syracuse, NE.

2 barrel single wall (80 gal) FV x 4 - not pictured
2 barrel single wall (72 gal) brite/serving vessel - not pictured

Here is the menu for our Sunday brunch buffet. The food is fantastic and we will have live music by Rich Confer throughout. Start your Sunday Funday with a full stomach and a cold drink. Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas will be flowing.
