Do you feel guilty for taking time for yourself? ❤️

I do.

I work 7 days a week trying to keep up, and during our busy season, 12-hour days are pretty normal. Sometimes when I finally take a little time for myself, I actually feel guilty about it.

But I’m learning that taking a break doesn’t mean I’m slacking. It means I’m taking care of the person who keeps everything going.

So I’m trying to make it happen—even when it’s hard. Because rest isn’t a reward for getting everything done… it’s something we need along the way. ❤️
