Our shelves are empty. Our hearts are sad. But we're full of amazing memories from the past two years. .
Thank you for the amazing turnout for our last night! What a way to close out the business and the year's end!.
We are closed but we're so grateful to our community in Tacoma and beyond, for all the laughs, memories and ciders enjoyed by many!.
Thank you to the Hilltop Community for the warm welcome and wonderful home..

Many of you have asked us what we plan to do in the future – that’s a great question! Sleep is at the top of the list, but who knows what the future holds. We’ll be sure to keep you all posted about our happenings if things do change.

TLDR: We’re Closing | Everything (we mean it) is 20% off now until December 18 | Come celebrate with us on our last day, December 18, Noon-10 p.m.

After 2 years, a crazy 2 years no one planned or could have foreseen, we’re making the difficult decision to close up Grit City Ciderworks. We love the Tacoma community, the people who’ve made us feel so welcome on Hilltop, the greater Cider community of the PNW and all of our friends and family who stepped up to help us make this dream a reality. It’s with sadness that we face that reality head on and acknowledge the difficulty the pandemic and on-going construction and road closures on Hilltop have had on our small business.

We have loved getting to know you all, serving you some truly unique ciders and hopefully broadening some minds on what cider is and could be!

We wish all the luck and success to our fellow Hilltop businesses and are looking forward to sharing the area with many more visitors once the link extension is complete. Questions? DM us for details.
