This is a week late, but I have a huge thank you and shout out, to Bette Anne Curry and Ashley Moses of The Gourmet Niche for the most amazing going away party at Tacoma Pie. There were so many vendors from The Gourmet Niche, Boss Mama's Kitchen, Halmoni Kimchi, Mama’s Brittle, Lumpia Love Food Truck and alumni Howdy Bagels, The Griiled Cheese Griddlers, and Upper Crust Bakery there.
And an extra special shout out to my amazing “Crunch Team” Michelle Molina and Yuki Soejima.

A huge shout out to the incredible baker, Trina Warren, Cakes by Trina for the absolutely beautiful and delicious cake 🍰

What an amazing time with such amazing foodie friends!

I wish I had more pictures from this very special evening.

It is with a broken heart and many tears that I am announcing the closing of The Art of Crunch - Handcrafted Artisan Biscotti. I am so grateful to have served this wonderful community for 13 years. Your support along this journey means everything to me. Unfortunately, in this economy, it is just not sustainable anymore.
In looking back over the years, there are thousands of wonderful memories. I have had the pleasure of working beside so many talented people on my direct team and many others at The Gourmet Niche where we have produced our products. Thank you to Bette Anne Curry, owner of The Gourmet Niche for your vision of the wonderful commisary kitchen.

I wish I could name and thank all of the wholesale customers, there have been so many! So many wonderful relationships made.

We have had the pleasure of participating in my markets, events and collaborations, I wish I could list them all!

Today (Friday, February 28th) is the last day our shop will be open. Everything is on sale 35% to 75% off.
We are selling fixtures and displays as well.
Stop by between 12 and 7 PM for a bargain or two, or to just say "hi"!

This was a hard but necessary decision for our journey.
