You may now begin placing your orders for tamales for August. I know it seems far off but I already have several names on my list for the next order. Orders will be ready for pick up on August 5th. I will only be making 15 dozen this time so get your order in ASAP.

I am playing around with ideas for a breakfast tamale and my good friend suggested a shrimp tamale. Give me your ideas and if I try it I will give a free half dozen tamales to whoever has the best idea.

Anyone who has any fresh tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions or cilantro who is interested in trading for jars of salsa or tamales please message me! I like to work with good quality fresh ingredients and would love to get them locally.
