Easy Mango Salsa

Just picked not too ripe mango. I want a little crunchy and a little spicy with the jalapeño.

Mix all ingredients together until combined. Season with salt and pepper if you needed.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!

It's been quite a while since I posted. Covid has left us with tough decisions as to whether to forge ahead with our small businesses or let things go. After much thought and requests from, you, my customer base, I have decided to continue with my sauces. We are in the process of growing the seedlings for the sauces and will be putting them into the ground within the next couple of weeks. So stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to planting.
