🐷 Custom hog season is here — and slots are filling fast.

Every season we take a limited number of custom whole and half hog orders. Last season we had to turn people away. We really don't want to do that again.

When you order a custom hog from us, you know exactly what you're feeding your family — how it was raised, what it ate, and where it came from. You choose your cuts, thickness, and packaging. That kind of transparency matters to us, and we think it matters to you too.

Here's what's available:
🐖 Whole Hog — $250 Deposit / $6.25/lb hanging weight
🐖 Half Hog — $125 Deposit / $6.75/lb hanging weight

Not ready for a whole or half hog? Come find us every Saturday at the Morristown Farmer's Market — we sell lamb, beef, and pork by the cut. No large order required.

This makes great Pork Chops and Ribs (and BACON!) that will be ready and sold starting Saturday May 2 at the kickoff of the season for Morristown TN Farmers Market.

To our friends, neighbors and followers in the 9th District of Jefferson county....

There is a debate tomorrow night at the JC library where you will get the opportunity to meet your candidates and make the best decision for you when it's time to get out and vote. Early voting starts April 15!

Brad Tumey (my partner on the farm, and let's be honest, the one who keeps it running!) has his name in the ring as he believes he can help keep all the things we love about this county thriving.
