Here’s a sneak peek of some but not all of the delicious drink pairings for this coming Saturday’s Beer, Spirit, and Cider Dinner!
We are also adding a complementary tour of the Brewery, Distillery, & Cidery to any dinner attendees who would like to join! Come early for the tour at 5:00pm before the dinner starts at 6:00pm!

Beer Dinners are back! (+ more)

We are having a Winter Beer, Spirits, & Cider Dinner and Drinks Pairing! Saturday Nov. 23rd, 6-9pm for the first time at our Brewery location Tasting Room! $85 a person, call the Brewery Office to reserve your spot at (907) 733-2540. 5-Course dinner with 10 different drink pairings.
Chef Kevin Boyd is bringing his knowledge and first hand experience from the Brew Deck back into the Kitchen to lead this beer dinner revival!

New release, Mango Cider! A very well balanced tropical cider, with notes of Mango, Guava, Pineapple, and citrus. This cider is semi-sweet but also has a nice dry finish.

This Mango Cider is the winner of the 2020 Golden Carboy home brewer competition from Christophe Venot, the first ever cider to take first place!
