I use our grass fed ground beef, the sausage that comes from the hogs we raise , the pasta sauce, enchilada sauce and the salsa verde that I make and the cheeses I get from my Amish Cheese Distributor . All are available in our Farm Store.😋😋😋

I make soup all year long for our soup lovers who enjoy them anytime of the year. As the weather cools soup production ramps up !
We sell all our soups in quart jars and quite a few of them in pint jars.

Made up some more Chow Chow for ya’ll😋😋😋
Southern style Chow Chow relish is traditionally eaten with beans, peas ,cornbread and fried potatoes.
Chow Chow is a tangy pickled vegetable relish that adds a sharp acidic crunch that cuts through rich or savory foods.
Other popular dishes to pair Chow Chow with include: pork and BBQ ( pulled pork sandwich), cooked greens and the classic cookout of hamburgers, dogs and brats . Many add it to their deviled eggs, potato salad and baked or mashed potatoes.
