Turner Family Farms

📣 We’ve had quite a few messages regarding tomorrow, Friday October 9th- Monday October 12th, so we wanted to try and be clear what our schedule is!

⚫️ Friday, October 9th- The Gathering Cup open 7-1pm, farm grounds/pumpkin patch CLOSED to the public due to field trips.

⚫️ Saturday, October 10th- TBA: We are monitoring the weather as of right now and we will make the call last minute (because weather is always changing and sometimes misses the farm when it’s raining everywhere else)

🎃 Sunday, October 11th- Pumpkin Patch is open from 1-5pm

⚫️ Monday, October 12th (Columbus Day)- Friday, October 16th- The Gathering Cup open 7-1pm, farm grounds/pumpkin patch CLOSED to the public due to field trips WITH the exception of our HOMESCHOOL Pumpkin Patch Day on October 13th.

We can’t wait to see everyone, and thank you so much for supporting us!

A little old-fashioned goodness, made right here on the farm! 🌽 Watch our hit-and-miss engine power the mill as we grind corn into cornmeal for homemade cornbread and grits for a cozy breakfast.

Bags of cornmeal and grits are available to purchase at Turner Family Farms—take home a little taste of the farm for your family’s table! 🤎

Just a friendly reminder that The Gathering Cup is staying open throughout October! ☕️🍂 Come enjoy your favorite coffee, cozy fall flavors, and a little time to gather.

October Hours
☕️ Monday–Friday: 7 AM–1 PM
🎃 Saturdays: 9 AM–5 PM
🎃 Sundays: 1 PM–5 PM

Monday–Friday: The coffee shop is open, but the farm grounds are CLOSED for field trips.

Saturdays & Sundays: We’re open as part of the pumpkin patch, so pumpkin patch admission is required to visit The Gathering Cup. The farm grounds will be open for play and fall fun! 🍁

Come spend a little time on the farm with us! 🎃🍂 Turner Family Farms is a place to slow down, let your babies play, and make sweet fall memories together—with beautiful lake views and paved pathways for easy access with strollers and wheelchairs.

Admission is $15 per person and includes:

• A pumpkin to take home
• A train ride with the best conductor
• The biggest pumpkin jump pad in Alabama
• Our petting zoo
• Playgrounds and farm slides
• Rat rollers
• Duck races
• A fun and challenging corn maze
• Plenty of photo opportunities to capture your day
• Tiny play village

And we’ll even take care of carrying your pumpkin! Our free pumpkin shuttle brings it to the parking lot, where it’ll be waiting when you’re ready to leave—so you can enjoy the farm with your hands free.

Want to add a little more to your visit? We have vendors every single weekend, plus horseback rides, zip line, bungee trampoline, gem mining, coffee and treats from The Gathering Cup, and food available for an additional cost.

We’d love to welcome your family to the farm. Come play, explore, pick your pumpkin, and stay awhile! 🤎
