ChaKiara “Chai” Tucker is the founder of Dynamic Culinary Experiences, a North Florida-based luxury catering and meal prep company known for its soulful, elevated approach to food and community-centered service. Driven by a commitment to increasing access to quality meals, she also launched Midway Meals by Dynamic Culinary Experiences, bringing fresh, whole meals directly to residents in underserved communities.

With over a decade of experience in social justice, immigrant rights, and reproductive justice, Chai brings a strong foundation of advocacy and leadership to her work. She currently works in communications at Forward Together, a national reproductive justice organization, and serves as Business Development Director for Interconnecting Circles & Communities, where she leads efforts to strengthen services and expand access to critical resources.

Rooted in faith and service, Chai is an active member of Family Worship and Praise Center and a dedicated member of the NAACP Tallahassee Branch. Above all, she is a devoted mother to her son, Sevin, and her commitment to community, equity, and excellence continues to guide both her business and her impact.

Friday
Blackened Shrimp Alfredo with garlic toast and a crisp side salad.

Saturday
Rich, fragrant Curry served with jasmine rice and warm naan. Choose Vegan or Chicken.

Sunday
Soul Food Sunday featuring grilled jerk chicken wings, collard greens with smoked turkey, baked mac and cheese, candied yams, baked beans, cornbread, banana pudding, and our signature Dynamic Nectar mango lemonade.

Every meal is scratch-made, seasoned with intention, and cooked with love.
