Join us this weekend for a savory sample that’s swimming in flavor! Our Sichuan Smoked Salmon Dip, made with Fishwife’s Smoked Salmon, is the perfect blend of smoky and spicy — and it’s on the tasting table this Saturday. Come snack, shop, and stay awhile!

This simple salad dressing recipe is one we love—it’s fresh, flavorful, and comes together in minutes. Tossed with greens, wine-soaked dried fruit, toasted almonds, and blue cheese, it makes a gorgeous starter or side dish. 🥗 You can also learn it in Chef Rich’s Creole Meets The Old Country Cooking Class!

Salad
• 4 Tbsp dried craisins & golden raisins
• 4 Tbsp Marsala wine (or Port)
• 12 oz salad greens (arugula, spring mix, or baby lettuces)
• 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
• 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

Vinaigrette
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup Olivelle Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
• Juice & zest of 1 orange
• 5–10 dashes hot sauce (to taste)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp sugar or honey
• Salt & pepper

Instructions

Soak dried fruit in wine overnight (or at least 6 hrs).

Toast almonds at 350° for 5–7 min until golden.

Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified.

Toss greens with vinaigrette, season with salt & pepper.

Plate and top with blue cheese, soaked fruit, and almonds.

Simple, colorful, and absolutely delicious! ✨
