Charcuterie Board Class with Say Cheese Tally

We are thrilled to have Brittany, from Say Cheese Tally, back in the TPT kitchen. She will share her love of all things cheese by showing us how to arrange the best cheese, meats and accoutrements. Since charcuterie boards are the perfect hospitality go-to, this class is one you will not want to miss! You will get to arrange your own petite board, which is yours to take home!

Fresh from Market, What's in Season with Chef Bridget Baxley

TPT welcomes our newest chef, Chef Bridget Baxley! Chef Bridget loves veggies and is excited to offer this new series including well-known vegetables, little known herbs and spices. For this first class, Chef Bridget will be making a soup, salad and entrée.
Sumac Summer Corn Chowder
As if sweet corn needed any help at all, sumac will take it to the next level. Sumac has tangy and bright flavors reminiscent of lemon and citrus notes that will enhance the, well, corniness of corn! Chowders can be heavy but this one will be light and dreamy.
Summer Squash Salad with Marjoram Vinaigrette
We rarely think of sautéed vegetables as salad ingredients, but yellow squash is plentiful right now so let’s use it! I can’t think of a better way than used in a light salad with tender greens, tangy goat cheese, and a savory vinaigrette drizzled over top.
Tarragon and Pasta with Summer Vegetables
We’ll pair fresh tarragon with linguini in this dish, using the vegetables we find at the market and using the path of least resistance to prepare! A quick sauté, a 10-minute boil, and dinner should be on the table in under 30 minutes with this dish. Fresh tarragon will help brighten what has the potential to be a heavy dish, but we’re going to lighten the load! The key is WHEN we are adding this fresh herb and the type of sauce.

Great British Bake - Picnic Time with Chef Millie from The English Rose

Yay! Chef Millie is back in the TPT kitchen for another special class! Chef Millie will share all things picnic with us and teach us how to prepare the best and most delicious picnic food. The picnic menu includes Coronation Chicken Sandwiches, Scotch Eggs, Viennese Biscuits and no-bake Picnic Cheesecake in a jar. Let’s learn how to picnic like the British!!!
