I went to Oyster Bar on FAMU way, I had lightly breaded shrimp, french fries, barbecue baked beans, with hush puppies. All was cooked perfectly. staff was courteous and helpful. $15.00. Lunch lessons by Leonard today had lunch long friend of mine Keith Maxey we went to Fly By Philly's had a Philly cheese steak and french fries by far their Philly cheese steak is one of the best I have ever eaten, they're french fries has a spice this totally different but very tasty service was great overall fly by Phillies gets four thumbs up. I had their chicken mashed potatoes gravy green beans with a roll chicken was very crisp very good mashed potatoes and gravy old school brought back a lot of old memories mother cooking green beans were very tasty all of this for $10 plus tax well worth going there. Ok..todays, lunch lesson by leonard sponsored by Travis McGilvary .... went to slim chickens.. had their hot wings with fries and garlic toast.. first the wings.. they were good and moist with lots of flavor. Fries were crisp and there were a lot of them. The garlic toast was crazy good haven't had garlic toast that good in a long time. And last but not least customer service was friendly and very fast. Overall I give this restaurant a 3 1/2 thumbs for quality and service.. as always eat at your local restaurant and shop with local vendors..
