While Brewmeowster Kat is currently going 30 days without drinking alcohol (Day 18 woohoo!), Biker Kat Brewing is trying something new. Introducing Kat-bucha! We used two different types of tea from the Andean region in northern South America.

Kat-bucha #1 - GuayusaBucha, Made with dried guayusa leaves purchased from a market in Tena, Ecuador

Kat-bucha #2 - Coca Uña de Gato Gata-bucha, Made with Mate de Coca (Coca Tea) and Mate de Coca con Uña de Gato (Cat's Claw)

There may also be some Are Ya Kitten Mead, Meow Meow Meow stout, and a cider in the works for upcoming Tallahassee events too!
