They say love makes you do crazy things, and I'm in love and crazy enough to bring CH Dragonfly HEL G*eity along to linear appraisal this morning, even though she's officially a retired champion at the age of 10 years young after her c-section in April.
She left that appraisal with a score of EEEE92.😱 😱😱
I'm so proud of this girl, I'm also grateful that I was able to contribute, even just a little, to her years of success prior to landing here with us at Sunbird. She's always been the ONE for me. She makes me smile every single day, but today I sobbed over her in front of everyone, and I can't thank everyone enough for the love and support shared under that tent today. Immense gratitude for her previous owner Chad Turnbull for sending her here, and for our appraiser who was incredibly insightful and taught us SO much today amidst the Florida heat and humidity, and of course to her breeder Joanne at Dragonfly Farm for decades of hard work breeding what I've always thought were the BEST of the Nigerian breed.
