This editorial ran yesterday in the Democrat.
Im urging Tallahasse citizens to join me in demanding more affordable homes from our local governments for our working families.
The people who make this city and county run deserve a fair shot at decent housing they can afford.
The City has placed the Welaunee Blvd 428 acre property on the affordable housing list. After all the intense development we have seen so far on the Welaunee property, no truly affordable homes are present.
This could become thousands of homes that our working people could call home-places where their families can grow!
