It is with sadness that I share the difficult news that my Jack honey is gone. Many of you who knew me as OysterMom encountered my husband and I wanted you to know.

Jack was my anchor, my laughter, and my greatest supporter. We got married in 2007, and most days since have been an adventure filled with new friends and experiences. He was the boat/water guy but it was me who took to the water to raise the oysters. Jack was my sounding board and supporter.

Jack had a way of making everyone feel welcome—whether with his smile, laugh, or his legendary margaritas. He lived with heart, he loved with everything he had, cared for his clients like family, and leaves a huge void in our lives.

Please take a moment to read his obituary, and please, leave your memory of Jack. Your shared stories will bring us comfort.

Per Jack’s request, there will be no funeral service. He did hope you would each raise a Margarita in remembrance of him. Thank you.

We're getting excited about Amicus Brewing Ventures Final Friday with TwoFoot Level and Southern Oyster Farms July 25th 6-11pm! We'll be there with our Board and Interns and will have a Conservation Quest bingo game with prizes and a special raffle too.
