Alé took the chicken and poblano mixture that she puts in her empanadas, mixed it with a salad we had from Publix, added avocado and her pumpkin seed salsa then threw it in a wrap. Absolutely Incredible.
As a result we’ll be offering the original empanada mix as a dip and then a lighter, less heavy version as a Chicken And Poblano Salad that you’ll be able to order by the pint or quart.
Will be posting the salad with pricing soon.

We’re getting Alé’s Kitchen kicked back off this month now that we’re fully moved into our new place.
Her first catering job was this past weekend and was a big success. They wanted the same thing I had for my birthday, barbacoa, asado de puerco, rice and charro beans with a few salsas on the side.
Thank you to Jay and Margaret for asking us. We were honored to be a part of your graduation celebration.

That said, we’re happy to make some for you for the holidays and they pair Great with our salsas.

First I just wanted to say thank you to Everyone who has gotten some of our salsa. We appreciate you so much and are very proud of how many repeat customers we’ve had (the vast majority of you).
We did have three requests:

1. Do we do refills?

😂. Come by anytime and we’ll top you off.

2. Can we get a larger jar/container?

Yes you can. We will now offer several sizes.

3. We cant get a chip into the jar. Lol

Problem solved. We’re now offering our salsas in “chip friendly” containers in addition to our original jars. Just ask when you order.

Alé’s Salsas are now ready to ship outside the local area in boxes of 4, 6 and 8. We’ll be posting all of the available salsas again tomorrow with pricing. Tell us what you want and we’ll get a total with shipping to you and get it out right away.

The phrase “don’t get high on your own supply” is not applicable to salsa making.
Consuming it is not only encouraged, it’s mandatory. I’m happy to be Alé’s head of quality control.
Huevos divorciados with Alé’s El Comienzo and Team Verde salsas. Either a tortilla or toast makes a fine and almost necessary addition to this breakfast.

Zucchini stuffed with ground beef and chilé guajillo, melted mozzarella and then a little of Alé’s Team Verde and Cilantro Twist salsas drizzled on top.

We will be selling the beef with chilé guajillo later as well.
