Alé took the chicken and poblano mixture that she puts in her empanadas, mixed it with a salad we had from Publix, added avocado and her pumpkin seed salsa then threw it in a wrap. Absolutely Incredible.
As a result we’ll be offering the original empanada mix as a dip and then a lighter, less heavy version as a Chicken And Poblano Salad that you’ll be able to order by the pint or quart.
