Not sure what I’m going to call this yet. It is delicious!

1lbs of ground polish kielbasa sausage(ours from our hogs)
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 onion
1 head of garlic
1/2 cabbage
Tomato paste
Onion powder
Black powder
Taco seasoning

Brown the sausage, add some onion powder(I just shake it around the pan not heavy), add the black pepper, dice the veggies up, with the garlic, and add them to the sausage. Add the tomato paste(1/2 a small can), about a1/3 cup of water, and a couple shakes of taco seasoning. Stir well on medium heat, cover and cook for about 20 minutes then stir well and then cover again for another 20 minutes or until the veggies are to the tenderness you like.

It’s after 10pm and Chicken escaped from the hen house. So I got him back up with his brother and drug them across the grass to the barn… all while being watched by Tiny the bull.

We recommend Groomed By Ali Bonner for all LGDs! We have six livestock guardian dogs that needed different attentions, whether is was de-shedding, de-matting, or a full shaving- Ali got it done.

We will get her on a twice a year schedule with all the dogs, early spring and fall, to keep all the pups fur from getting so out of control.

Let’s talk about the difference between a Full Groom, Mini Groom, and De-shed——

✨ALL of my services include a bath, blow dry, ear cleaning, sanitary clean up, & nail trim. ✨

Full Groom: Full body haircut, no matter how short or long. Any length coming off the body from head to tail. Includes face shaping/styling. Recommended every 4-8 weeks to prevent matting.

Mini Groom: Tidy/Sanitary trim + light trim around eyes. Length on body & legs stays! Great for maintaining a healthy coat in between Full Grooms.

De-shed: For double coated dogs, both long and short hair! Uses premium De-shedding shampoo that helps to remove undercoat (the shedding hair that you see laying around on floors, clothing, or furniture) paired with undercoat removal technique.
•A lot of times you will see this paired with “feather trimming” or “outline trim”- this is only applicable for long haired dogs & includes sc******ng any long pieces around legs, belly, chest, ears, & tail.
