Hey y’all we are working on a few ideas. We’ve loved creating the gourmet hot dogs, but I’m considering changing over to my roasted glazed chickens, and possibly the occasional brisket and ribs. Sides will likely be my homemade baked beans, mac and cheese, and potato salad.

What’s your thoughts? We’ll be changing our name too. There’s already a few bbq options, my goal is to not copy anyone else. I want you to eat my food and another bbq joint in the same week and have a completely different experience. Nothing more disrespectful in the food industry when someone steals a competitors menu item. I’ll be bringing you bbq elevated. Anyone who’s enjoyed my catering menus knows, this is different. My food is fresh, custom, and from scratch. My sauces are never from a bottle.

Well my friends we had a great successful summer and we thank you all for your support; however, I never could get over leaving my career in Law Enforcement before my time was up and I have decided to return. We will still be operating part time and catering.
