Good morning!

I wanted to personally invite you to be part of our Grand Opening on July 11. I truly think this is a great opportunity to introduce your food truck to a new customer base.

We’re expecting a strong turnout because there aren’t many food options in this area, and we’re bringing together a variety of food trucks to give people something unique to experience. The Temple Terrace/Tampa area has a very diverse community, so we’re looking for different cuisines like Spanish, Middle Eastern, Jamaican, and more.

For the grand opening, we’re offering affordable daily vendor spaces, so you can come test the location without making a long-term commitment. If you enjoy the experience and want to stay, monthly spaces start at $1,000+, including water and electricity.

The lot is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but you’re free to operate during the hours that work best for your business. The property is gated, secure, and has on-site security, so you can feel comfortable operating here.

On opening day, we’ll have two major events:

* Car Show: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Grand Opening Celebration: around 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

This is the perfect chance to test the market, gain new customers, and be one of the first food trucks at a location we’re building for long-term success. We’d really love to have you with us.
