It’s gorgeous outside. Get out there, grab a b**r with a friend, enjoy the Florida sunshine, and maybe join us for a little Witching Hour with Edward Scissorhands. 🎬
But while we’re enjoying everything that makes our backyard special, there’s something happening right here in Central Florida that deserves our attention.
🦇 What’s happening at Bok Tower Gardens?
Concerns have been raised about the bat colony following exclusion work that began on October 12. Reports of bats vocalizing inside the roof tiles in the days that followed, and the subsequent silence, have left important questions about their whereabouts and safety.
We need answers. We need transparency. And we need wildlife experts involved to help determine what happened and whether the colony is safe.
Because real growth isn’t just about what we build. It’s about what we’re willing to stand up for.
At Sky Puppy, we believe doing the right thing isn’t always the easiest or most comfortable thing. Sometimes it means asking hard questions. Sometimes it means speaking up when staying quiet would be simpler. And sometimes it means making room for a cause bigger than ourselves.
