1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp grated parmesan
Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat & make crust: Heat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or deep cake pan. Microwave mozzarella + cream cheese for 90 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Form the dough: Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to the cheese. Mix fast, then knead with wet hands until a dough forms.
