Had the absolute pleasure of catering for the Columbus Crew Academy U15 & U16 teams this past week while they competed at IMG during the Generation Adidas Cup ⚽️

Over several days, we worked closely with the team dietitian to meet the athletes’ dietary needs, keeping the players and staff fueled with hearty, well-balanced meals — from classic spaghetti & meatballs to flavorful chicken masala and more 🍝🍗🍄‍🟫

Available this Monday (10/31), Tuesday (11/1) and Wednesday (11/2) is MEOI Farro Salad and Split Pea and Ham soup.

Farro is a high protein, high fiber ancient grain. It is nutty, and slightly chewy texture is the heart of this salad. The combination of roasted cremini mushrooms, rainbow cherry tomatoes, crispy red radishes, peppery arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs and honey Dijon vinaigrette is a symphony of flavor and texture. It can be served as a main dish for vegetarians or as a side with a protein for non vegetarian. Comes in 32 or 16 ounce containers.

MEOI Split Pea and Ham soup is hearty, comforting with big flavor. Our soup is made with a pork-rich broth along with a base of aromatics and fresh herbs. The soup is cooked low and slow to achieve a creamy and velvety texture. Comes in 32 or 16 ounce containers.
