This legend inspired my photograph! The legend tells that in a morning of 1899, in the inside of an old factory named “Salto del Agua” (The water spring) nearby Mexico City, a German brew master discovered that a ray of sunlight fell over his brewing pot. This event captured his attention, and he decided to name
his beer “El Sol” (The Sun in Spanish).
