Soy free, Nut Free, Gluten Free, Vegan and No Preservatives. Jessi's Flaming Fruit Sauce has been a passion of mine since about 2000. Think of a fruit preserve meets a chutney. It is sweet and savory with a back heat that comes later. Fantastic as a glaze for chicken, turkey, pork, seafood and even

red meat. Sweet and spicy chicken wings are out of this world. Use it as a marinade for steak, ribs, brisket, or chicken. Stir it into a stir fry or put on top of grilled veggies and rice. Slather it on a sandwich, or use as the jelly in a PB&J even! Flaming Fruit Sauce even pairs nicely with cheese. I love to make a baked brie with it, or pair with a nice sharp nutty cheese and crackers, or even poured over cream cheese. Heck, I know some people that even pour it over ice cream!! In our house, the Mango-Pineapple gets mixed into oatmeal, or used to glaze BACON. Get creative and have fun with it!!! And tell us about new ways you've found to use it!
