We are family owned & operated and I'm so glad I am able to pass this tradition to my kids. Service area is parts of Northeastern PA, parts of NJ, Staten Island and Brooklyn. Delivery surcharge added to all orders. Deposit is required on all catering orders. Personal orders to be paid in full upon ordering.

Is it a Flanchocho Tres Leche???? Technically YES however it was not baked together..it was assembled & contains 3 layers of YUM that go fantastic together.
Flan & Cake were baked separately. Chocolate Cake was soaked in a Caramel Tres Leche..then soaked w/a thinned out chocolate ganache. middle layer has a rich chocolate ganache & mini chocolate chips..topped with the flan n left to sit for 24/48 hrs. Love experimenting..
Did it take longer than expected? ABSOLUTELY! But it was so worth it! Everyone loved it, and that's what makes all the extra work worthwhile!

Combining 2 faves..why not.

Oreo Rice Krispy Brownie.

Fudgey Brownie, chocolate ganache & Oreo middle and topped with an Oreo Rice Krispy.

Drizzle with chocolate or enjoy it without.. either way it was a hit!
