Today we moved barrel aged infinite shadows out of its rest in a heaven hill barrel for the past 8 months and prepared it for carbonation & its release next Saturday for the anniversary!

We’ve been working hard day in and day out to prepare. This next week will be even more grueling but it’s amazing we’ve made it through year one.

I’m proud of my team and everything we’ve learned and accomplished over the past year 💪🏼

Today we’re going in on a huge stout with Andy Cobb of Butchertown Brewing destined for barrels.

Adding a ton of nilla wafers to this huge mash at 155° for a high gravity, thick, delicious imperial stout.

We’re planning to adjunct this one with cookie butter and more nilla wafers.

Look for this one as a non ba for our anniversary and the ba version later down the road.
