FLORIDA FUSION CHICKEN WINGS
INGREDIENTS
· 3 lbs chicken wings
· 1 bottle of Joy’s Gourmet Florida Fusion
· 5 scallions, chopped (Optional)
· Kosher salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Thaw frozen chicken wings overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Place thawed chicken wings in a large Ziplock bag.
3. Add 4-6 oz of Joy’s Gourmet Florida Fusion into the bag.
4. Massage the bag lightly to coat the wings well.
5. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let it marinate for one hour.
6. After one hour, remove from the bag and place in one layer on a baking sheet.
7. Bake at 450° F for 40-45 minutes, turning once during baking. (option: air fry)
8. Baked until brown and crisp.
9. 5 minutes before chicken wings are done baking, move the wings to a clean bowl and mix with 4-6 oz of the Florida Fusion sauce, return them to the baking sheet, and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
10. Garnish with scallions.
11. Add a small dish with Florida Fusion sauce on the side for dipping.
