We’re so thankful to be named a runner-up in Best of the City Local Market category. Having Tampa show us this much love means a lot.

Now for next year, we may need to petition for a category that’s a little more our lane. We love being included with some of Tampa Bay’s favorite community markets, but Flying Cattle is a brick-and-mortar specialty meat market, so we may need our own category next time. DM your suggestions!

Either way, we’ll take the love. Thank you to everyone who voted, shops with us, tells a friend and keeps supporting local.

No time wasted! Our first Flying Cattle Craft Jerky wholesale order was delivered this morning to Southern Steer Butcher. 🙌

We’ve been proudly carrying WARFACE MARINADES products at Flying Cattle since day one, and now Casey, the owner of Southern Steer Butcher and the person behind Warface, is returning the favor by putting Flying Cattle Craft Jerky on the shelves.

Pretty cool to see local businesses supporting each other, and even cooler to see our jerky making its way into its first retail location.

We are excited to share that Flying Cattle Craft Jerky is now available at Flying Cattle Meat Market and select retailers throughout Tampa Bay!

It all started with the same idea that inspired us to open Flying Cattle: if it’s not good enough, do it yourself.

We wanted a jerky we’d be excited to eat and proud to give our own families, made with premium meat, quality ingredients and no shortcuts. We couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, so naturally, we made it ourselves.

We start with premium beef that’s carefully seasoned and slowly dried in small batches for a satisfying chew and seriously good flavor that you can feel good about.

We can’t wait for you to try what we’ve been working on. 😊
