OUR STORY
BIG cookies. BIG smiles. BIG dreams. Cookie Munchers has some BIG plans for the future, but like most startups, it started small. Cookie Munchers was founded in 2016 by Rowan University graduates Cassandra Aran and Brandon Lucante. The young entrepreneurs decided life is too short to play it safe, so two months after graduating, it was time to risk it all.
The young couple was living in their car when they started the business. They had a few hundred dollars, and they could have used it for a deposit on an apartment. But instead, they decided to keep living in the car, and use that money to buy their first batch of ingredients. All they needed, was a place to start the business. They called over a hundred restaurants asking if they could use their kitchen in their off hours at night. After being rejected countless times, they finally found Ry’s Bagels, a local bagel shop in Glassboro, Nj. The owner, Ryan, took a chance on them and believed in their dream. After nine months of working out of the bagel shop, and building a loyal customer base, Cookie Munchers opened its first storefront location! Now we are opening our second storefront location in Tampa, FL in March 2019! Located at 11842 Bruce B Downs Blvd, late-night cookie delivery was just the beginning...
