We had so much fun this weekend at a Luau themed couples wedding shower. Char siu pork sliders, coconut lime shrimp and the hit of the night...bakes brie with pineapple preserves, macadamia nuts and shredded coconut, to name a few items.
It was a beautiful Saturday with wonderful people. Life doesn't get any better than that!

Another fantastic Halloween party last night with my favorite frightful family!
I am terrible about taking pictures after I set up everything, so i only have a handful of photos that mostly feature the decorations.
Favorite menu items from last night were the chicken and waffles taco with hot honey and the pizza stuffed mushrooms. A close second was the polenta pancake with smoked brisket and tangy bbq sauce.
