In this role, you will work in Publix, Kroger and other retail chains as needed, building relationships, merchandising products and driving sales. We’re looking for organized, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills, reliable transportation and experience in supermarket operations or retail sales.

We were proud to have our Founder and Chairwoman of the Board, Cammie Chatterton, serve as the keynote speaker at the Feeding Tampa Bay WISH Member Annual Luncheon last month. The event brought together an incredible group of women who are passionate about creating a future where no one has to wonder where their next meal will come from.

WISH (Women Inspired by Solving Hunger) is a coalition of advocates committed to ending hunger by raising awareness, building meaningful connections and driving collaborative, practical solutions to food insecurity.

We’re proud to support WISH and Feeding Tampa Bay, and grateful that Erin Mcculloch-Crume, Kendra Swauger and Samantha Rios could be there to learn, share and stand alongside so many inspiring women who are making a difference in our community.

Last week, Chris Chatterton, Erin Mcculloch-Crume and Gary Royal were honored to tee off at the third annual Bob's Big Give Charity Golf Tournament in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Bay Food Brokerage served as a hole sponsor and our team played in the tournament which raises money for the charity.

Bob's Big Give helps those in need by providing everything from baby gear, clothing, food, heat, school supplies, furniture, gift cards, and more to those who have fallen on hard times. It's an incredible charity that we are proud to support, and a great reminder that when we come together as a community we really can make a meaningful difference!

This month marks 5 years since Elle Lent joined our team as a retail representative!

Based in Cocoa, Florida, Elizabeth supports our manufacturer clients and retail partners by driving in-store ex*****on, strengthening relationships with store teams and helping ensure our clients’ products are well merchandised and available for shoppers across the region.

We’re proud to share that Bay Food Brokerage ranked #11 on the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2026 list of largest women-owned businesses in Tampa Bay. This recognition is based on last year’s revenue, when Cammie Chatterton and Chris Chatterton were both owners of the company. Since then, CEO Chris Chatterton has taken over full ownership, meaning this will be our last time on this list.

It is a bittersweet moment, and something we're proud of. We've been included on this list 7 years in a row and moved up two spots since last year, which is a testament to our team's hard work, our commitment to client satisfaction and our strong partnerships.
