🌱 **OUR MICROGREENS — NOW IN POWDER FORM!** 🌱

We’re excited to introduce our **Microgreen Powder** from The Dudes Freedom Food Farm! 🇺🇸🌱

We take the same microgreens we grow right here on our farm, harvest them fresh, then **dehydrate them low & slow and grind them into a fine green powder.**

🥦 Our blend is made with **50% Broccoli & Dun Pea Microgreens**, with the other 50% made from a rotating mixture of the other microgreens we grow.

Microgreens naturally contain a variety of:
🌱 Vitamins & minerals
🌱 Antioxidants & phytonutrients
🌱 Carotenoids
🌱 Fiber
🌱 Naturally occurring plant compounds

And the best part? **It’s incredibly easy to use.**

Add a little to:
🥤 Smoothies & protein shakes
🍳 Eggs
🥗 Salads & dressings
🍲 Soups & sauces
🥑 Avocado toast
🍝 Pasta dishes
🌮 Tacos & wraps
…and so much more!

**Nothing fancy. Just real greens grown on our farm, dehydrated and turned into an easy-to-use powder.**

We’re always growing and experimenting with something new!

While we have a **core group of microgreens that we consistently carry**, we also rotate in new and specialty varieties throughout the year. These rotating varieties are based on what we’re testing at the farm, seasonal availability, and—most importantly—what our customers and local chefs are asking for. This allows us to keep our selection fresh and exciting while still making sure our customer favorites are always available.

Come Check us out Lakeland Downtown Farmers Curb Market.
this Sat from 9am-2pm.
