We are a flower farm located in north central Maryland. We grow a wide variety of beautiful and unique cut flowers using organic methods.

Flower Farm and Florist offering retail bouquets and arrangements, as well as Full Service Wedding Design. Bulk flowers also available for weddings, events and businesses. Visits to our farm by appointment only.

We’ve got ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ Peony Plants for sale now on our website! These plants are grown in large 3 gallon containers and are ready to go in the garden. This variety produces stunning large double light pink blooms that typically start flowering in mid May. Peonies are a carefree garden perennial that return year after year and get better with age.

It’s back for 2026! We’re offering the Peony Flower Subscription once again this year. Subscribers will receive one 10 stem bunch of peonies per week for 4 weeks in May. Peony season starts with corals like these and progresses to blush pinks, whites, and deeper pinks. You can secure your spot now on our website to ensure these beauties grace your table come spring 🩷💗🩷.

Happy 2026! Here’s to new beginnings 🥂. I love this time of year when resting and planning the gardens are high priority. This season I’m planning to grow lots of blooms for our Bouquet CSA Subscription programs. We’re also offering Cut Flower Plant Collections again this year; customers love these plants which produce cut and come again cut blooms all summer!

🌷Pick ups start May 22, 2026. All flowers are freshly grown and arranged on our farm in Taneytown and the types vary depending on the season. Favorites include peonies, zinnias, and dahlias.

Dahlia workshop today at the farm! Thanks to all of the wonderful ladies who attended today. We learned about dahlias, dug tubers, and created beautiful arrangements with seasonal, local ingredients. With this workshop we put our flower growing season to rest for the year, and look forward to starting another season in the spring 🍂🌼🍁

Wreath Workshop registration is now open! We have spots available in our 12/6 workshop at Covalent Spirits and in the 12/7 workshop at Cultivated, both in Westminster, MD. It’s always a fun and festive time, hope to see you there!

Thank you all for your support this season! I won’t be selling at Downtown Westminster Farmers Market for the rest of the year; the August drought was hard on our flowers, and I’m in nursing school which is pretty demanding.

As I transition to full time nurse and part time farmer in the coming years, I do plan to still sell Tierra Blooms bouquets at the market and keep a small CSA subscription program. Details for 2026 subscriptions are on our site.

I will be offering a full schedule of Holiday Wreath Workshops in late November & early December which are available to sign up for our my site as well.
