Week 3 CSA boxes are making their way around town! This week includes radicchio- a vibrant leafy chicory that has a little bitterness to it when eaten raw. It adds a nice bite to a salad but can also be cooked to subdue that bitterness. A super simple way to cook it is sautéing in a pan with some oil or butter until it starts browning.

The farm is slap full of Spring vegetables and our harvest season has begun! 😎 The first week of our CSA will start this Saturday 4/25. We will be down at Cathedral Square for Market in the Park from 7:30-12 with CSA boxes and a variety of vegetables.
