When we visited our youngest daughter, in Albuquerque, we found acorns on the ground by some little oak trees. We brought them home, to Taos and planted them. Look how lovely the seedlings are!

They may not make it through the winter, but we'll have hope!

A big part of our project is experimentation, so this meets that intention!
