Every year on my grandma’s birthday, I make her Eggplant Parmesan — the same way she taught me. 🤍
It’s one of our family’s favorites and one of the first dishes that made me fall in love with cooking.

I miss her every day, but especially days like today. Thank you Grandma, for teaching me about food, love, and the joy that comes from feeding others. Your recipes and heart live on in every dish I make. ❤️
