Today makes 4 years of Bite Café & Catering… and I just had to pause and say thank you.

To everyone who has ordered, shared a post, referred someone, checked on me, or supported in any way… thank you. Y’all have carried me more than you know.

These 4 years have stretched me. There have been highs, but also some very real, behind-the-scenes moments where I was overwhelmed, tired, and trying to figure it out.

But I’m still here.

I’m just truly grateful.

2025 That’s a wrap. 🤍

As we completed our final catering of 2025, we do so with full hearts and grateful spirits.

This year carried us through growth and stretching, through moments of joy and moments of surrender. There were changes we embraced, and changes that invited us to trust God in deeper ways. Through every high and every low, His faithfulness never left us.

Every table we set, every meal we prepared, every celebration we were welcomed into it was always more than food. It was connection. It was community. It was grace.

So today, we simply pause.

We don’t yet know what 2026 will hold, or what shape the next season will take… but we do know that the last 3.5 years have been a beautiful gift we will forever be thankful for.

Thank you for your trust.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Whatever the next chapter holds, we trust God is writing it with intention, love, and purpose.

I know many of you were looking forward to some of your Bite favorites on tomorrow, but after much prayer and consideration, we’ve decided to choose compassion over commerce this Veterans Day.

With so many families and seniors affected by the government shutdown and loss of SNAP benefits, we’re shifting our focus from sales to service — and we’d love your help.

💛 $30 — Feed a Family of 4
💛 $15 — Provides a Senior Citizen 2 Meals
