As we now have our commercial kitchen secured, we are finalizing our summer calendar for events. We have multiple engagement, weddings, and grad parties booked and we can’t wait to create cheesy magic for you!

If you have any date in August or September that you wanted a spread for, reach out asap before we’re fully booked! We are down to very minimal in July.

We can do grazing tables, multi board options or individual boxes for your guests to enjoy.

Can’t wait to see so many faces again ❤️

🎉 I’M BACK… Sort Of! 🎉

I have missed this so much and I’m thrilled to tell you that I’ll be returning this summer!

Here’s an overview: I’ll be operating on a limited, part-time basis for the season, working out of a beautiful shared commercial kitchen. Because the space is reserved on a scheduled basis, and with my limited schedule juggling full time Nonni life babysitting 5 days a week, and my thriving travel business, I’m focusing this go-round on what I love most…. large grazing tables and multi-board spreads for life’s big celebrations. 🥂

Think:
✨ Weddings
✨ Baby & bridal showers
✨ Graduations, anniversaries, milestone birthdays
✨ Corporate events & large gatherings
✨ Any occasion that calls for a showstopping spread!

Because availability is limited and I can only take on so many events this summer, now is the time to reach out if you’ve got something on the calendar. Dates will go quickly, and I already have multiple events booked, so I’d hate for you to miss out if you’ve been waiting.

A couple of things to know:
🍇 I’m focusing on larger orders and tables this season (smaller boards and boxes will now have minimum quantities- think corporate orders, school events, a board for every table at a wedding shower…)
🚚 All orders will include on ice delivery and on-site setup, which will be detailed in your custom quote.

I can’t wait to create something beautiful for you again! The messages I receive weekly from people who drive by the old shop, or who are wondering what I’m up to always make me smile, but also gives me a moment of sadness as I miss you all very much!

As we get closer to my relaunch back into the world of grazing (part time basis), I am reminded every day via Facebook memories just how much I have loved what I have been doing since 2020 when this began.

For those of you reaching out for events, I think I’ve gotten back to everyone.

But stay tuned for ordering availability that will be posted in the next few weeks once I’ve finished my commercial kitchen rental process. 🧀

I will also be connecting with some local businesses to launch specialty sandwich and salad options again. If you are a local business and may have interest, please reach out.

Can’t wait to reconnect with you all! It’s been a great 4 months of travel life (which I’ll remain doing full time), but I miss making art with charcuterie- and this relaunch will be just in time for your summer events!

A message from our friends at What The Pickles.

We carried their pickles towards the end of our shop days, and loved everything we tried!

Thank you to everyone that came out to yesterday. Especially Rick! I was so touched he drove all the way down to come stock up on our pickles. He’s been a loyal customer and noticed recently we shut our website down.. so hear is why…we have been pretty quiet lately and have made some tough decisions. Our family is always our number one priority and they will be taking a front seat this year. At this time we can’t manage a small business, family stuff, and full time jobs… we are not closing we are just slowing it down and taking time with our families… we are looking to plan our future this summer for the 2027 season and will hopefully see what we can manage. It may be fewer more select markets. So thank you to everyone that has supported us! Don’t forget about us we will be back!

Kitchen is DONE!

Why is opening easier than closing? Is it the adrenaline? Is it the clean slate?

We’re very organized and clean, and the moment we began this move, everything felt chaotic, messy and dirty to me. 😂

Now to see if we can be done by the end of day tomorrow- no more product, supplies or equipment… all items removed (small things like router, register, parking signs) and everything wiped/mopped (kitchen walls were cleaned today) so we leave it in turnover condition.

We also sold out of dill pickle dip today, so we’re making another batch tomorrow. DON’T miss out on the final batch!!
