LaDeaux's is a dream come true for the Buckners. Together they've created a menu to showcase the best of both culinary styles.

Brandy was born in Louisiana and loves putting her own twist on traditional Cajun food and Moose is an experienced pit master. LaDeaux's was established by Brandy and Moose Buckner in 2023. However, their love affair with food and eachother started long before that. The couple first met on July 4, 2007 when Moose was invited by his best friend, Alan to hang out at the lake with his wife and sister

-in-law (Brandy). Brandy made BBQ Shrimp and a few other cajun dishes for the small family gathering and Moose brought his boat and some beers to share. Since Moose is a barbeque aficionado he was super excited to try the BBQ shrimp that day. However, he was in for a big surprise...because contrary to what he envisioned Brandy wasn't making shrimp served up from the grill. Instead she dished up a bowl of jumbo shrimp in a delicious sauce made of spices, garlic, fresh lemon and bay leaves served with crunchy french bread. From then on, Moose was hooked on cajun food and Brandy. Two foodies creating mouth watering cajun and barbeque dishes with unique flavor profiles from locally sourced ingrients. Their eclectic blend of traditional barbeque blended with iconic cajun comfort food will leave you craving more.
