The beginning of our mushroom forest!! I am literally so excited to continue this project. Last years inoculation already produced a few flushes of w**e caps, and they were delicious!!
The log stacks shown are shiitake, and in a separate area we are trying Italian oyster. I’ll keep yall posted as things progress.

Exciting news….
We have grapes! Not very many, but for my first year tending them, I’m very pleased. Hopefully this means we’ll have grape jelly this fall!

Good afternoon lovies!! Since we won’t be at Tawas farmers market tomorrow we opened the shed today! Veggies, baked goods, and Aedons busy prepping firewood bundles! Have a great weekend!

Hiya friends!! I’m sorry to say that the farm stand will not be open tomorrow on July 3rd. However, we will still be at the Tawas farmers market on Saturday from 8-3. Happy and safe 4th!
