Day 1 at GOMI Wagyu Ranch!
Today marks the official start of something I’ve been working toward for years. Many of you know me from the brewing world, where I turned my passion for craft beer into Great Revivalist Brewery. Along the way, I decided not to waste our spent mash—and that decision led me to cattle.
What started with a few fullblood Wagyu has grown into a true passion. Now, with GOMI Wagyu Ranch, we’re combining that brewing heritage with ranching—raising premium Wagyu cattle on 80 acres with the same care and dedication I put into every brew.
This ranch is about more than beef. It’s about sustainability, craftsmanship, and creating something unique for our community. From brewery to pasture, every step is rooted in quality.
