Come join the Mashers for a fun afternoon of bowling, pizza, raffle prizes and beer! Our event will be held at Romulus Lanes with registration kicking off around 12:30pm. Cost for three games is $25 per bowler (shoes included), 5 bowlers per lane. We have a ton of great raffle prizes at every level of our hobby. Greetings Mashers!

Our April meeting will be held at the office space of this Friday 4/4/25. The meeting location is a few doors down from the brewery. Florian will be hosting a burger pop up at the brewery, from 6-10 Friday evening. Come early and show support for another locally owned business. We will conduct our club business first then take the short walk down to the brewery and show support for Florian East.

Big Brew for National Homebrew Day

We will finalize the location of Big Brew and determine if we will be conducting a brewing experiment. I would like some club input on which option to choose.

MCM 2025 Bowling Fundraiser

We’ve solidified our date and location for our Bowling Fundraiser! This will be a club effort to ensure we pull this event off and we’re encouraging all members to participate. Here’s all the details.

Location: Romulus Lanes - 37452 W Huron River Dr, Romulus, MI 48174
Date: May 31, 2025
Check-in: 12:30 p.m. with bowling to follow around 1:00 p.m.

Upcoming Homebrew Competitions

Celebrity Deathmash: Registration is still open and closes April 6th or when the entry limit has been reached. Registration is almost full and is expected to reach the limit. Judging will take place April 26th, 2025. So please, if you have not registered yet, use this link and let’s get that paddle back!!

Michigan Beer Cup: Details are finally here regarding the Beer Cup and some exciting changes have been made.
Registration is going to open up on May 15th and will be open for edits through July 9th.
Judging will be taking place on July 19th, 2025 at the same location as last year: One Well Brewing’s production facility
Drop off and shipping will be from June 15th through July 10th.
New changes to the Cider Category
Hazy IPA’s will be judged as their own category
New bigger medals
BOS Beer will receive a new prize this year. (We know what it is!!)

Education

Our education coordinator has brewed up a triangle test for us to sample.
