TWO PUREBRED MAINE HEIFERS AVAILABLE NOW PRIVATE TREATY
We were able to picture a couple of heifers this weekend. While the skills of the guy with the clippers may not have improved, the photographer is first rate!
Rosanna and Shady are available now private treaty and are ready to go be show cows! They have a few friends who are still settling into the show cow life, so hopefully we'll get those pictured soon.
Reach out to Scott Heselmeyer or Kirsten Heselmeyer with questions, or come see us in Taylor, Texas.

“Shade” - March purebred Maine. Garth x Data Bank.
First year gentle.
Shade is a split embryo twin (we’ll take guesses on her sister’s name).
These twins had a great recip mother but do have a little catching up to do. Give her a few months on feed and she’ll do wonders. She’s built like a Garth - just needs a little time to show it.

“Rosanna” (tag 213)
April purebred Maine
All Mighty x Kiki (Jose x I-80)
If you know us, you probably know Kiki. She was a many-time champion, including Reserve Maine in Austin with a 10-day old calf at her side.
Like her mother, we know Rosanna will be easy feeding and will just get better every day of her show career.
As a bonus, this one is huge haired (and that’s in 100+ weather).

Our girls have been working hard to get ready for new homes.
The temps have dropped from
110 all the way down to about 100, so everyone is eating better & putting on some pounds.
We aren’t quite ready for picture day yet, but we’re going to post a couple of cell phone videos as we get some hair knocked off.
Look for videos of these two young ladies in the following posts…

Sale calves are in the barn. We’ve got a great collection of purebred Maine heifers (and one Maintainer).
We’ve worked hard on cow quality the last few years, and we’re excited to see that pay off with a great offering this year.
The girls will be cleaned up & pictures in a few weeks, but they’re available private treaty any time.
Call or message and come see them in Taylor, Texas.

Congratulations to the Blume family on a great debut with Ariana - Reserve Champion Maintainer Heifer in both rings at Texas Youth Expo.
We’re especially proud of Ariana around here because we raised both her mother (J-Lo) and her sire (Quincy).
